By choosing to adopt a cat from Preciousmeow, you agree to our adoption terms, which emphasize responsible pet ownership, proper care, and the happiness of your new feline family member.

Terms and Conditions – Preciousmeow Burmese

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales and transactions between Preciousmeow Burmese (“the Breeder”) and the Buyer. By purchasing a kitten, the Buyer agrees to the terms outlined below.

 

2. Kitten Availability and Reservation

•Kittens are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

•A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten.

•The remaining balance is due before or at the time of collection.

 

3. Wellness Commitment

•All kittens are sold as healthy at the time of sale and will have:

oVaccinations at 8 and 12 weeks

oFlea and worming treatment

oTwo vet health check

o Microchipped

 

4. Collection and Care

•Kittens will be ready for collection at 12 weeks of age.

•The Buyer agrees to provide a safe, loving, and healthy home environment.

•Kittens are sold as pets only (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

 

5. Documents

All kittens will be registered with GCCF (The Governing Council of Cat Fancy) and will have their registration certificate, pedigree certificate and vaccination cards

 

6. Neutering/Spaying

•Unless agreed otherwise, all kittens must be neutered/spayed by a vet by the age of 6 month7. Returns and Rehoming

•If the Buyer can no longer care for the kitten, the Breeder must be contacted first.

•No refunds are offered after collection unless agreed otherwise.

•The Breeder may assist with rehoming at their discretion.

8. Breeding Rights

•Kittens are sold without breeding rights, unless explicitly agreed in a separate signed contract.

•Unauthorized breeding violates this agreement.

 

9. Liability•The Breeder is not liable for any veterinary costs incurred after the kitten leaves their care.

•The Buyer assumes all responsibility for the kitten’s welfare and behavior once in their possession.

 

10. Website & Content

•All content, images, and information on this website are the property of Preciousmeow Burmese and may not be used without permission.

 

•11. Changes to Terms

Preciousmeow Burmese reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time
